All participants at BlueTech Week are invited to register and attend the 9th Annual Maritime Gala Dinner & Award Ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 8th from 5:15 – 9:15pm on the Inspiration Hornblower, which is the 222-foot flagship of the San Diego Hornblower fleet. Please note that the reception will be from 5:15 – 6:15 pm while the boat is dockside, but once the boat is under way for the dinner cruise around San Diego Bay, there are no opportunities to disembark until the vessel returns to the dock about 9:15 pm. The Inspiration is berthed at the Hornblower dock located at 1800 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Marriott Springfield Suites. The keynote speaker will be Craig McLean, Assistant Administrator for Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) & Acting Chief Scientist, NOAA.
